In Need Industries (WINI)
We are an organization that
is dedicated to helping women in need by
promoting social networks and collaborative initiatives, WINI
supports women, in their efforts to help themselves overcome
profound challenges.
WINI achieves its mission by providing up-date resource information
for women in transition, refugees, and immigrants.
WINI provides cultural competence training
to social service providers, schools, hospitals, state and local
agencies in their work with refugee and immigrant communities.
The Ultimate goal of WINI is to create a
better understanding of these communities, build trust, strengthen
existing collaborations and build new support networks within
and outside the communities.
WINI
wants to provide newly arrived refugee women and children with
services not offered by other social service programs; providing
services and training to women and children at risk of life
threaten diseases and domestic violence.
Women in Need Industries (WINI), is a nonprofit
organization founded in 1995.
